In August, Bohus had fractured both wrists and his elbow in a bicycle accident and had returned two months before this meet and led his team to the historic win.
In its first game as a Division I program, Arizona State hockey runs past rival Arizona 8-1 in a season-opening victory at Gila River Arena on October 4, 2015 in Glendale, AZ. This will be their first of many in coming seasons at the home of the Arizona Coyotes.

In 2014, the Arizona State baseball program bid farewell to their historic home of Packard Stadium and moved to Phoenix Municipal Stadium, formerly the spring training home of the Oakland Athletics. The move gave the university leveraging power, upgraded facilities and more seats when it came to hosting an NCAA regional postseason series.

The Arizona State men's club ice hockey team celebrates their first win transitioning to NCAA Division I status after playing in the American Collegiate Hockey Association since the 1980s. In the 2015-2016 season, the team will play the majority of their home games at Oceanside Ice Arena in a schedule divided by ACHA and NCAA opponents.
Following the 2016 Rio Games, Michael Phelps fully embraced his role as a volunteer assistant coach with the Arizona State swim team. Revenge for senior Andrew Porter after winning the 50 yard freestyle over rival No. 17 Arizona at Hillenbrand Aquatic Center in Tucson, AZ. The win marked the end of a long battle for the former Wildcat who had transferred from Tucson to Tempe to train with the butterfly specialist Bob Bowman.
